Housing Benefit - have you received my payment?

This answer applies to you if you are a tenant


Please note the following:

  • Payments take a week to clear.
  • You must inform your Housing Benefit office if your rent figure changes to ensure the correct amount is paid
  • If you pay a Service Charge and you are informing Housing Benefit of a change, they will require a breakdown of what the Service Charge actually covers. Contact us to find out who your  Credit Controller is, as they can provide this information for you.
