Over 75% of residents said they would like to own their own home, but many thought this would never be possible. We want to give you more routes towards home ownership, with help and advice along the way.
Social HomeBuy
Social HomeBuy is one route to home ownership. Through the scheme you can buy a share in your home of at least 25%. It is worth considering Social Homebuy where you can't afford to buy your home outright.
As part of the scheme you are expected to pay a subsidised rent on the share that we own. You also benefit from any increase in the value of your share.
