Phase 1 (Barham Park)

Phase one of the Barham Park estate redevelopment has been approved.
All 214 existing properties will be demolished, in three separate phases.
Phased development and regeneration
Detailed planning approval has been granted for phase one, and outline approval for the overall masterplan that includes phases two and three.
Phase one will produce 51 maisonettes and flats for affordable rent, 31 flats for shared ownership sale and 37 homes for private sale. The homes will range from one-bedroom flats to large family houses with gardens.
Sustainable community
The scheme also includes retail space, and provision for a neighbourhood office/community space.
