Phase 3 (Bolney Meadow)

The third phase of the Bolney Meadow regeneration is the external works programme.
This is the final phase of refurbishment works on the Bolney Meadow estate. The external works programme includes installation of new lifts, replacing windows, repairing the roof and adding insulation, and new secure door entry systems.
Construction works
The builders started on the external works in November 2010 and expect to have completed all works by September 2012.
Landscaping
Once the external works are nearing completion, work will also begin on new landscaping for Bolney Meadow. New planting will provide revitalised green and open spaces between the blocks.
Work on the landscaping will start in March 2012.
