Our developments reflect our progressive attitude to design, the environment and new ways of living.
Ideas have always been our strength and we've won many awards for creative, sustainable and high-quality design. We were one of the first housing associations in the UK and we pioneered shared ownership.
We're now established in the Thames Gateway and are exploring partnerships across London. Our ambitious plans will see us building 1,200 new homes every year.
