Mixed tenure homes in a landmark building

The first phase provides a total of 271 new homes. Notting Hill will own and manage 103 homes in the new Vermilion building which includes a 21-storey tower at the western end of the scheme. There are 28 homes for affordable home ownership, 40 homes for affordable rent and 35 for private rent.

Creating a new community

The Rathbone Market regeneration scheme will deliver around 650 new homes in total. The first phase also includes approximately 35,000 sq ft of new shops and cafes that wrap around the ground floors of the development.

Later phases will include a new market square, offices and community facilities; and attractive courtyard garden and allotments for exclusive use by residents at the scheme.

The Rathbone Market project will be delivered in three phases and is expected to be complete by early 2016.
