Sterndale Road, Hammersmith
West London
19 Sterndale Road is an exemplar eco-refurbishment project that will set the benchmark for future housing specifications and design.
Sterndale Road is a six bed family home in West London - with a difference.
Eco-refurbishment
We have refurbished this property using affordable, low carbon measures that may save future tenants up to £1,300 each year on energy bills.
Next, we will work on 14 flats, using new methods and materials that may similarly cut each property's carbon emissions by over 86 per cent.
Over the next two years the house and flats will be tested for their eco-performance, while residents live there.
