Safe-guarding architectural heritage

Working closely with English Heritage the Isokon Trust and Avanti architects we sympathetically restored the Isokon building to create the key worker homes and safeguard them for future generations.

Our rigorous appraisal and enthusiasm for the project also ensured a generous capital receipt for Camden Council.

Key worker homes

Working within the original, ground-breaking design of the Grade 1 listed Isokon building, we developed 25 key worker homes as well as an impressive penthouse.
