King's Cross Office
Bruce Kenrick House is our corporate hub for our support functions. Our King's Cross office is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. We are closed during bank holidays.

Our office is on Killick Street, just off Pentonville Road. It is a short walk from King's Cross tube station.
West London office
Our Hammersmith office is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. We are closed during bank holidays.

Our office is just across the road from the Hammersmith Piccadilly and District line tube station and Hammersmith Bus Station.
Our office is a short walk from both tube stations (District, Piccadilly and Hammersmith and City and the bus station.
Car parking
There are no car parking spaces at Butterwick, but you can pay to park at the Novotel Hotel car park next door. There are bike racks outside our customer service centre.
Vauxhall office
We have a South London office in Vauxhall.

Stratford office
We also have an office in Stratford for temporary housing and settled accommodation (Home Options) customers who live in Newham and Waltham Forest.
We offer advice on repairs, rent and neighbourhood issues.
The office is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. We are closed during bank holidays.
