Annual Standards Report 2010 to 2011

Notting Hill Housing's Annual Standards Reports for Residents are now available to download.

The reports tell you how we performed against the standards set by the Tenant Services Authority over the last financial year.

Local offers

Included in the reports is information about our local offers.

During 2010/2011 we developed and implemented our local offers across Notting Hill Housing in the form of our new Altogether Better way of working. This new way of working allows residents to shape the individual service they receive.

In permanent rented housing the new service has been rolled out across all residents. In leasehold we have completed our review and will implement the new service in the coming year.

We hope our new way of working will increase customer satisfaction and provide better value for money.

Working with residents

Eleven Notting Hill residents, a mixture of permanent rented housing residents and leaseholders, formed the Annual Report Working Group.

The Group was involved in all aspects of the reports – from what to include, and how best to present information, to the layout and design.

Some of the things the Group influenced include: more information on satisfaction results, clarification of how the local offers will be delivered, how progress will be monitored and information about Affordable Rent.

The Group said

we highlighted where we thought Notting Hill Housing needed to make improvements and the final reports reflect our views and experiences."
