Notting Hill has completed the purchase of 182 flats and houses in Bermondsey.
As part of the £125 million expansion of our market rent portfolio, buying these properties will help us to continue to provide affordable rented homes in London to people on average incomes.
High demand for rental properties
The rental market has seen a high level of demand driven in part by constrained mortgage markets and the increasing number of people who cannot or do not wish to become homeowners.
