Our Hammersmith office has moved

19 March 2012

Sussex Place - our new west London office

Our staff who work with our customers in west London have moved from our former west London office in the Metro building in Butterwick into a smaller office in Sussex Place, Hammersmith.

From Monday 19 March, our new west London office will be:

Notting Hill Housing
1-3 Sussex Place
Hammersmith W6 9EA

Our west London office houses staff serving customers in Kensington and Chelsea, Westminster, Camden, Brent, Ealing, Hammersmith and Fulham, Hillingdon, Hounslow, Richmond, Wandsworth. It is also the base for our Permanent Rented Housing management team.

You will receive a letter if your Housing, Support or Property Management Officer is moving to the new office. Our south London, east London and registered offices are not changing.

Step-free access at Sussex Place

If you require step-free access to the new office, please use the Worlidge Street entrance. Please call your Housing, Support or Property Management Officer directly or our reception team on 020 8357 5000 ahead of your visit so we can arrange for a staff member to meet you at the Worlidge Street entrance. We appreciate this isn't ideal and are putting measures in place to make the main entrance to Sussex Place more accessible.

Why did we move?

During December 2011 some Notting Hill staff moved from our Hammersmith office into our south London office and our new office in King's Cross.

This was part of our strategy to create a central corporate hub for our support functions; with front-line businesses and staff located close to their customers.

How to get in touch

Our phone numbers and email addresses are not changing. In most instances call your Housing, Support or Property Management Officer directly.

If you're not sure who your Housing Officer is, use the Officer Search (post code finder) on our website: www.nottinghillhousing.org.uk/officerfinder.

If you have an emergency repair please call 0845 603 0714.
