Governance
Decisions within Notting Hill are made by a number of boards and committees.
Notting Hill Housing has a Group Board which oversees the work of Notting Hill Housing Trust and Notting Hill Home Ownership.
The Group Board consists of members of the internal Executive Board (senior management) as well as non-executive directors who bring a wealth of wide-ranging experience.
Decisions are made not just by the Group and Executive Boards but also by committees, which again consist of executive and non-executive members.
This work occurs within the context of Notting Hill's legal and regulatory framework, financial regulations and scheme of delegations.
