About the annual standards reports

Each year we produce an annual report demonstrating how we have performed against the national standards set by the Tenant Services Authority.

In April 2010 our regulator, the Tenant Services Authority (TSA), set out six national standards which landlords like us should be achieving.

The TSA has asked us to produce an annual report to demonstrate how we have performed against these standards for the previous financial year.

Working with you

For the last two years we have worked with our residents to produce two annual standards reports for residents - one for our permanent rented housing and supported housing (Pathways) residents and one for our shared owners (leaseholders) and intermediate market rent residents.

Your feedback

We'd really like to find out what you think about the 2010/2011 reports by asking you to complete a short online survey.

Everyone who completes the survey and fills in their contact details by 25 November 2011 will be entered into a prize draw to win £40 worth of shopping vouchers.

The closing date for the survey is 30 April 2012.
