About the annual standards reports

Each year we produce an annual report for our residents demonstrating how we have performed against the national standards set by our regulator.

In April 2012 regulatory powers shifted to the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA). They revised the regulatory framework and the national standards which landlords like us should be achieving.

We are asked to produce a report each year to demonstrate to our residents how we have performed against these standards for the previous financial year.

Working with you

For the last four years we have worked with residents to produce our Annual Standards Reports for Residents - one for our General Needs (permanent rented housing) and Notting Hill Pathways (supported housing) residents and one for our shared owners (leaseholders).
