What we do

Our purpose is to provide affordable housing for Londoners. We are motivated by the positive impact that good quality housing has on people's lives. And we think that providing a home for people and their families is something to be proud of.

Better homes

Notting Hill offers many different types of housing, but with one common goal - better homes. Homes that are affordable, comfortable to live in and well maintained.

We make this happen by building quality homes, being a good and fair landlord and - importantly - doing the things that matter to our customers. We work right across London, making our capital a more diverse and affordable place to live.

Diverse organisation

Covering every aspect from buying land to managing good communities means we're a diverse organisation. Our common goal brings us together as one Notting Hill.

All our work is interlinked, and we rely on our colleagues and our partners to help us do our job and deliver lovely homes and excellent services.

And that's really clear when we look at how we spot opportunities for land and new homes, build them, move residents in, and then manage and maintain our homes and look after the people in them.
