How we compare

The 'find and compare' tool lets you compare the performance of housing associations in the area - all you have to do is enter your postcode.

Visit the Tenant Services Authority (TSA) website and select the 'Find & compare landlords' link from the top right-hand corner of the site. You don't need a login, password or subscription.

About the 'find and compare' tool

You will find us compared on six things that tenants have told the Tenant Services Authority (the national social housing regulator) they would find useful.

They include comparing your rent with the local average and seeing how we rate in terms of our overall service and our repairs and maintenance in particular.
