Kath King

Kath King was appointed as our Group Director of Asset Management in May 2010 on a fixed term contract for one year.

Her role is to lead a proactive asset management strategy for the whole Group.

Kath has over 20 years experience in housing.

In her substantive role as Director of Pathways at Notting Hill, Kath oversees a successful development programme, building specialist housing schemes across London.

Reporting directly to Kath are:

  • Andy Lord, Contracts and New Business Manager
  • Cathy Gorman, Housing Manager
  • Maria Crowe, Business Support Manager
  • Mary Harvey, Director of Charitable Fundraising
  • Lynn Lewis, Head of Operations
  • Thomas Carroll, Head of Asset Management
  • Tim Woodings, Quality Assurance Manager.
