Sophie Warner
Sophie works as an independent consultant and non-executive director.
Prior to this she held senior positions at Whitbread for many years and was responsible for business development and mergers and acquisitions activity on behalf of Whitbread.
Sophie chairs the Development and New Business Committee which reviews (in conjunction with the Group Development Director and his team) all capital projects that have a value of between £10 and £20 million.
