At Notting Hill Housing we want all our residents to be able to have a say in how our services are managed.
Read our Resident Involvement impact assessment (pdf, 201kb) to find out more.
We encourage our residents to get involved at a level that suits them. Our residents can choose to stay informed about what we do by receiving leaflets or get involved at a higher level through our focus groups or as a customer representative on one of our Resident Involvement Service Panels.
Get involved
There are lots of ways you can make your voice heard and have a positive impact on the service we provide to our residents.
- Focus groups - We use focus groups to discuss specific topics with small group of our residents.
- Working/steering groups - These groups are made up of Notting Hill staff and residents. Together they oversee specific areas of our work and make important decisions about the services we provide.
- Mystery shoppers - We have a number of residents who volunteer to act as mystery shoppers and inspectors for us. With their help we are able to monitor and improve our service standards.
