One of our greatest commitments is the building, maintaining, understanding and supporting of communities. To help us maintain this commitment we have our Community Regeneration Team.
What we do
The team works hard to consider all aspects of Notting Hill Housing, from living conditions to improving employment skills.
By involving and talking to the huge cross section of our residents, the team is able to offer programmes, courses, support systems and projects to help us continue our ongoing mission of supporting and encouraging communities.
Pathways
Notting Hill Pathways (formerly Home Support) is the part of Notting Hill Housing that provides a variety of accommodation and support services to help customers live in safe, comfortable homes and maintain independent lives in their community.
What we do
We work in partnership with local authorities, health, support providers and voluntary organisations, to develop and manage housing and support services.
We also have a customer involvement committee that meets regularly and feeds into the management of our services.
We work with a diverse range of people in need of support and offer the following types of services support in the community and housing with support services.
Housing management
We have a specialist housing management team who provide a quality service to a wide range of customers. The teams are:
- Older Peoples
- Partnerships
- Support Services.
Agency liaison
We work with about 30 different managing agents who provide a housing management service.
We have a team of agency liaison officers each responsible for working with a different managing agent.
