Group Development Director
The Development directorate are responsible for growing the number of homes we provide. They work with the Homes and Communities Agency (Opens in new window), local authorities and private developers to produce new homes each year.
John's background
John comes to us from Genesis Housing Group (Opens in new window), where he was Deputy Development Director. He has 20 years experience in housing development and regeneration, including managing the largest Housing Corporation funded programme, over £200 million of Social Housing Grant and a substantial pipeline of properties for sale.
John previously worked at Notting Hill Housing for eight years. During this time he worked in maintenance, new business and development.
Outside work, John is entertained by his young daughter and when he manages to find the time, he enjoys hurling himself down mountains on his bike.
