Focus groups
We use focus groups to gather ideas and feedback from residents on specific topics.
We hold focus groups when we have a topic that we want to discuss or want to make improvements to a service. We work with residents to use their feedback in order to develop the idea and make the changes.
Our focus groups are usually small meetings of around 6 to 12 people. The meetings always focus on a specific topic.
Register your interest
We keep a database of residents who get involved in focus groups and help us improve our service. If you join our database, we will invite you to get involved in a way that suits you.
How to get involved
There are a number of ways to get involved. Some take just five minutes of your time and some could take several days over the course of a year.
Our How to get involved? leaflet has more information about our other resident involvement activities.
