Training

We provide training to residents through a number of initiatives.

Mystery shopping

We will train you in how to mystery shop, and support you throughout the shopping process. We provide mystery shopping training at least once a year.

How to set up resident and tenant associations

We will train your members to work effectively together to get the most out of your group. We run this training regularly throughout the year.

Roles and responsibilities of committee members

We will train you to get the most out of your meetings, whether you are the Chair or a participant. We run this training regularly throughout the year.

'Made of Money?' training programme

'Made of Money?' is an interactive learning programme created by Quaker Social Action, which focuses on improving communication and reducing stress around money matters. Topics covered include Budgeting, Credit and Debt.

Register your interest

We keep a database of residents who are interested in receiving training. If you join our database, we will invite you to the workshops and training that suit you.

How to get involved

There are a number of ways to get involved. Some take just five minutes of your time and some could take several days over the course of a year.

Our How to get involved? leaflet has more information about our other resident involvement activities.
