Permanent rented housing tenants and leaseholders can use our secure online services to pay rent or service charges, report repairs and view frequently asked questions.
With My Notting Hill (online customer services) you can carry out a range of common tasks day or night, including:
- make rent and service charge payments
- view your rent statement
- report a repair
- find contact details
- change your email address and (online services) password
- find answers to common questions
- calculate what benefits you are entitled to.
Who can use My Notting Hill?
My Notting Hill is currently only available for permanent rented housing tenants and leaseholders (home owners).
If you live in temporary housing, settled accommodation or are a supported residents you will not be able to use our online services.
Sign in or register
In order to use our online services you will need to REGISTER first.
Once registered you can SIGN IN using the email address and password you provided.
