Questions we're often asked about our online services (My Notting Hill).
Who can use online services?
Currently only permanent rented housing tenants and leaseholders can use My Notting Hill.
If you live in temporary housing, settled accommodation or are a supported resident you won't be able to use our online services.
Can I make my payments online?
Yes. If you are a leaseholder or permanent rented housing (social housing) tenant you can pay online through My Notting Hill.
You will first need to register on the website. Then you will be able to see your account statements on the payments page. From there click the "Make a payment button" beside the account you want to pay into.

How do I register for My Notting Hill online services?
Once registered on My Notting Hill you will be able to use our online services for residents 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
It's easy to register. Just go to the register page and complete the simple form.
We'll ask you to give us your payment reference number, which is the unique number that identifies your main account with Notting Hill.
Don't have your payment reference number?
You will find it on the top right of your statement and on some letters from us. You can register without your payment reference number but it will take a little longer to confirm your registration.

I can't sign in to the "My Notting Hill" website. What shall I do?
If you are a resident of Notting Hill, have already registered and now can't sign in to My Notting Hill, try the suggestions below.
If that doesn't resolve the problem email online@nhhg.org.uk for help.
- If your email address is not recognised check the spelling carefully and try again.
- If you have changed your email address recently you will need to sign in using your old email address.
- Once you have signed in go to "My profile" to change your email address.
- We can send your password to the email address you registered with if you think you may have forgotten your password.
