Social rented housing
We provide social rented housing (we call it permanent rented housing) for vulnerable people who are in need of somewhere to stay. We can help you if you're able to live independently but have found yourself in a difficult situation.
Homes for sale
We offer affordable shared ownership homes for sale across London and the south-east. Shared ownership, also known as New Build HomeBuy, is a government-funded scheme that gives you the opportunity to own a home of your own. These shared owners then become leaseholders.
Homes for private rent
Many people find that renting makes sense at certain times in their lives. We offer high quality, affordable homes for private rent across London.
Temporary housing
In partnership with local authorities, we provide temporary housing and settled accommodation as part of our Home Options service to people in urgent need of a home.
Pathways
Our Notting Hill Pathways (formerly Home Support) team provides supported accommodation for residents and support services to help customers live in safe, comfortable homes and maintain independent lives in their community.
