Property Management Officer
Your Property Management Officer manages day-to-day affairs for your building or estate. They are also responsible for setting service charge estimates, issuing you will payment demands and taking payments.
They can assist you with enquiries ranging from rent, service charge arrears, repairs and estate services. They are also trained to provide you with advice and guidance on your lease.

Resident Involvement Team
The Commercial Services Resident Involvement Team is committed to working with leaseholders to find out what is important to you and make positive changes to the service we provide.
There are many ways for leaseholders to get involved, including joining the Home Owner Action Group. To find out more, contact the Resident Involvement Team on 020 8357 5343 or leaseholdresidents@nhhg.org.uk.
Legal Administration Team
Our Legal Administration Team can provide you with advice on:
- extending your lease
- amending the named parties on your lease (e.g. if you marry or divorce)
- updating your correspondence address details
- the process for carrying out a loft conversion.

Insurance claims
Notting Hill Housing provides buildings insurance for buildings that we own. If we own your building, you will receive a copy of the insurance policy cover each year.
If you would like a copy of the full policy, contact your Property Management Officer. Your Property Management Officer can also offer advice if you need to make a buildings insurance claim.
