Making a payment

Most of our leases require you to pay by standing order or direct debit. Although we offer a range of payment options, if your lease requires you to pay in a certain way you must comply.

IMPORTANT – Late payments may be subject to administration and interest charges. Ensure you comply with your lease payment terms. If you are unsure of this please speak to your Property Management Officer urgently.

Ways to pay

Direct debit

Setting up a direct debit is the easiest way to pay your monthly charge. On the first day of each month, we ask your bank for your payment.

If the amount changes, we will make any necessary changes and let you know in advance.

To pay by direct debit, fill out and return the form below.

When your rent changes, you will need to let the bank know the new amount.

To set up a standing order, please contact your bank with our bank details and your payment reference number.
