Gas safety
Leaseholders: making sure your gas appliances are safe is an important part of being a home owner.
If you are a leaseholder and live in a shared ownership property or own your home, you are responsible for making sure your gas boiler, cooker and appliances are safe. As a leaseholder you will need to pay for a gas safety check each year.
