We run two schemes to help our permanent rented housing tenants buy their own home.
We feel if people own a stake in their home, they own a stake in their future.
Our research shows that almost 70 per cent of people would love to own their own home, but London property prices mean it is very difficult for people to get onto the property ladder.
The best scheme for you depends on the sort of home you live in, and whether you meet the criteria for eligibility. The schemes are Social Homebuy and Right to Acquire.
