Permanent rented housing tenants who want to move home can arrange to swap homes with someone else in social rented housing.
Swapping homes with someone else in a housing association or local authority home is sometimes referred to as a 'mutual exchange'.
How to swap homes
If you are a Notting Hill Housing tenant you can make an application to swap your home through us or your local council.
There are also websites where you can advertise your home for exchange including:
- HomeSwapper – Notting Hill Housing is a member of this scheme
- House Exchange
- Gumtree
- Loot.
