We provide a variety of accommodation and support services to help customers live in safe, comfortable homes and maintain independent lives in their community.
What we do
Through Notting Hill Pathways (formerly Home Support), we work in partnership with local authorities, health, support providers and voluntary organisations, to develop and manage housing and support services.
We work with a diverse range of people in need of support and offer the following types support and care:
- accommodation with support
- support in your home
- support at our centres
- support and programmes for young people
- employment and training programmes.
