Moving because of repairs or improvements
We occasionally require permanent rented housing tenants to move while we complete repairs or improvements to bring their home up to standard.
We ask tenants to move to another property when it would be unsafe to stay in the home during the works, for example if the repairs are substantial or if the tenant has health problems which may be affected by the work.
The move to another property may be for a short period of time or it may be permanent. Find out more about:
