Our regulators
As a social business, our work is overseen to make sure we are using our funding appropriately and efficiently.
Our work is part funded by the Homes and Communities Agency and regulated by the Tenant Services Authority (TSA). The TSA sets the standards that our work should meet to make sure that you get a good quality home and service from us.
Group Board
The (Notting Hill Housing) Group Board oversees all of our work. The board is made up of voluntary members including four customer representatives. Together they make sure we operate in a way that is ethical and meets the needs of our customers.
Our staff must answer to the board for the day-to-day running of our organisation.
We also have local boards that monitor and advise on our work in the boroughs where we own homes.
