Settled accommodation

We work in partnership with local authorities across London to provide settled accommodation.

We provide settled accommodation by leasing properties directly from private owners on leases lasting between three and 10 years. Settled accommodation is sometimes called 'direct letting'.

Our settled accommodation service is managed by our Home Options team. The Home Options team also manages temporary housing.

We offer tenants a range of services including employment training and opportunities to get involved and help shape our services. We visit our properties regularly and deal with repairs.
