We only offer temporary housing and settled accommodation. You will need to contact your local authority to find out if you are eligible for permanent housing.
Each local authority has a different way of allocating permanent housing. Some keep a simple priority list and others have a bidding system which you need to keep up to date with to increase your chances of finding a permanent home.

What happens if I am made a permanent offer?
You will need to call us on 020 8357 4540 as soon as you know that you are moving or you have been made an offer of permanent housing.
You should also let your housing benefit office know.
