Anti-social behaviour
Notting Hill Housing aims to provide a safe and secure environment for settled accommodation (direct lettings) tenants.
We work closely with local authorities, the police and other agencies to control any anti-social behaviour that is affecting the quality of life of our tenants.
What is anti-social behaviour?
Anti-social behaviour is any action that is capable of causing nuisance or annoyance to any person. It can include:
- abandoned vehicles
- animals – uncontrolled dogs and other pets
- businesses causing a nuisance
- criminal activity
- domestic disputes and disturbances
- drug or alcohol abuse and drug dealing
- fly tipping
- graffiti
- neighbour disputes
- noise nuisance
- playing in unsuitable areas
- parking and vehicle problems
- racial, sexual and other harassment
- upkeep or gardens and communal areas
- using or threatening to use violence
- vandalism and criminal damage.
