Property maintenance and repairs

As a settled accommodation tenant, you should always contact Notting Hill Housing if you have a repair issue.

In some instances, we will arrange for contractors to attend and carry out the repairs required.

In the majority of cases, the private owner of your property will be responsible for completing a repair. We will contact the owner to advise him/her of the repair. You are not required to contact the private owner yourself.

If any repair is deemed to be caused by you, your family or your guests, then it is your responsibility to arrange and pay for repair.

Report a repair

There are several quick and easy ways in which you can report a repair:

  • call Customer Services on 020 8357 4501, 9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday
  • text the word 'REPAIR' followed by your message to 86688
  • email homeoptionsrepairs@nhhg.org.uk.

After-hours emergencies

If you require an emergency repair outside of office hours, call 084 4567 1074.

A contractor will be sent to make the situation as safe as possible and to prevent the problem from getting worse. Any follow-up repairs will be organised the next working day.
