60 Penfold Street is an extra care service for older people, located in the City of Westminster.
It consists of 54 self-contained flats and is fully staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Specialist dementia unit
We have a specialist unit at 60 Penfold Street to suit the needs of people with dementia. We provide round-the-clock care and support as well as a range of stimulating activities.
Hub project
The service's Hub project offers a range of activities for older people in local community.
