Barnet Outreach
Barnet Outreach provides support in your home for vulnerable people living in the London Borough of Barnet.
These include, but are not limited to families, young people and older people with learning difficulties, mental health needs, and substance misuse.
The service is provided jointly by Notting Hill Housing, PCHA and Homeless Action Barnet, and is funded by Supporting People.
Our Support Officers provide a wide range of support to clients including maintaining tenancies, accessing education, welfare and employment, and help dealing with anti-social behaviour, landlord disputes and financial difficulties.
