Our regulators
Notting Hill Pathways is regulated by a number of bodies.
Our extra care services are inspected by the Care Quality Commission to check we meet the regulatory requirements for these services under the Health and Social Care Act 2008.
Funding
Some of our services are funded by the Supporting People programme, which validates those services against core objectives under the Quality Assessment Framework.
Our work is part funded by the Homes and Communities Agency and regulated by the Tenant Services Authority (TSA). The TSA sets the standards that our work should meet to make sure that you get a good quality home and service from us.
Committees
The Group Board oversees all of our work. The board is made up of voluntary members including four customer representatives. Together they make sure we operate in a way that is ethical and meets the needs of our customers.
Our staff must answer to the board for the day-to-day running of our organisation.
We also have local boards that monitor and advise on our work in the boroughs where we own homes.
