Temporary housing tenants can contact us if they need help or advice with paying their rent.

If you are having difficulty paying your rent or arrears you can contact our Collections Team to set up a personal payment plan.

You can also visit the Money Advice Service website for free information and advice about managing your money.

If you would like to speak to someone independent contact your local Citizens Advice Bureau.
