Ways to pay your rent

If you receive housing benefit, your local council will pay this straight to us. If your housing benefit doesn't cover your full rent, you must pay the difference yourself.

You can pay your rent in the following ways:

• at the post office or a PayPoint agent
• by debit card: telephone 020 8357 4540
• online banking: use the account details shown on the standing order form and remember to quote your payment reference
• by cheque or money order: post payment to Notting Hill Housing, 1 Butterwick, Rear of Metro Building, Hammersmith, London W6 8DL
• standing order: download our standing order form to set up a standing order for your rent payments
