Property standards
We are committed to providing our temporary housing residents with a comfortable, secure and safe home for the length of their stay.
The temporary housing we provide is leased directly from private landlords, on leases lasting between 3 and 10 years. We check properties thoroughly to make sure we only lease high quality accommodation. We then act as a managing agent for the landlord and tenant.
