Commercial properties
Notting Hill Housing owns and manages its own commercial property portfolio across many London boroughs. The portfolio consists of over 200 commercial units including shops, offices, storage units and garages.
Commercial properties offers a variety of different services to its customers and the general public, including:
- Day-to-day property management
- Short term lettings of 3 to 12 months
- Standard commercial lettings of 10 to 15 years
- Long term leasehold sales of 25+ years
Depending on the type and location of the property the tenancy mix and uses vary considerably. Tenants include multi national groups through to sole traders and start-up companies.
The portfolio is managed on a commercial basis and seeks to maximise income from the properties managed. The profits from Notting Hill Commercial Properties Limited are reinvested back into Notting Hill Housing Trust with the monies used to help meet the Groups main corporate objective of providing high quality affordable housing in London.
