Applying for Home Options accommodation
To qualify for Home Options properties you need to be nominated to us by your local authority.
Register with your local council
You will need to register with your local authority directly. They will assess your needs and nominate you to us, if one of our properties is suitable.
Rents
The rent we charge on a Home Options property is the same as other properties in the local area that are let by estate agents. This is called often (the) 'market rent'.
Most of our tenants receive housing benefit to help cover costs.
