Permanent rented housing

We provide permanent rented housing for people who are in need of somewhere to stay. We can help you if you're able to live independently but have found yourself in a difficult situation.

If you would like to live in one of our homes, you need to be nominated to us by your local authority.

• Applying for a property and home ownership schemes.

Once you have been referred to us we will arrange an assessment interview with a housing officer.

Choice based lettings

Locata is a West London choice based lettings scheme and is available to everyone who has been accepted for permanent rented accommodation. Locata is all about making your own choice. The scheme allows you to choose homes from other councils and housing associations.

For choice based lettings in other parts of London, contact your local authority housing office. You can do this through Directgov.
