Sunni (26) and his wife Joanne (25) opted to leave their one bed flat when they were expecting their first child. They wanted greater choice in the new home than they could get from social housing. They decided they could afford to pay a market level rent and get the home they really wanted, with two bedrooms in their favourite part of town.
