Notting Hill Pathways offer extra care services, help people live independently in their home (floating support) and have drop in centres for older people.
Notting Hill Pathways is a registered social care provider working in partnership with a number of London boroughs to provide support to people with mental health problems, learning difficulties or who would find it difficult to live independently without additional help.
