Camden Building Control declared our Isokon development the winner in the "Extension and Alterations" category.
The forefront of modern living
When it was built in the 1930s the Isokon building embodied the modern ideal of city living and was intended as a social and architectural experiment in minimalist urban living.
70 years on and our conversion has once again brought the Isokon building to the forefront of modern living.
Affordable accommodation for keyworkers
The building itself contains 25 flats that are available to key workers through shared ownership and 11 flats for outright sale.
All the flat interiors have been faithfully using like-for-like materials, although we have fitted modern appliances.
